MCFOA enjoys a diverse membership of seasoned professionals and we would like to match these veterans with clerks new to the field through a formal mentoring program for our members. The Region Directors will determine the mentor/mentee matches based on similar community size, populations, government type and geographic location. The pairs can meet as desired, whether in person or through phone/e-mail/video chat.
