Join MCFOA Region 5 for a day of education and networking at Key Largo on beautiful Lake Shetek!  

We will be joined by Bob Schlieman, PE, of Apex Engineering, who will discuss the Capital Improvement Project process, including information on assessments, rates, funding, construction and record plans. There will be time for questions.

Our Regional Meeting will be held during lunch, followed by a presentation from Peter Meidal, Vice President, Public Finance - Northland Securities, who will provide an overview of the Municipal Bonding process.
